Summary

We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, service-oriented, and enjoys having fun at work. At Wolverine Worldwide, our Key Holders are responsible for providing customers with superior service and creating a pleasant shopping environment. Key Holders engage customers by being knowledgeable about store products and policies, operate the point of sale register, accurately record transactions, handle cash, credit, and other payments, detect theft and security risks, and manage inventory, including moving boxes and items up to 40 lbs and climbing ladders. They are also responsible for executing store opening and closing procedures and providing guidance to Sales Associates.
