We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team and help customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers throughout the car-buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of GMC vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by building relationships and understanding client needs.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to achieve dealership goals.
- Conduct test drives and present vehicles in an engaging and informative manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications :
Previous automotive sales experience required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers efficiently.Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsPay :
