Were seeking a passionate and driven  Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner  to join our team in  Grand Rapids, Michigan . This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

  • Position Type :  Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
  • Schedule :  Mix of days, nights, and weekends; 12 or 13-hour shifts
  • Location :  Grand Rapids, MI
  • Specialty : Critical Care
  • Hospital Info :  32 beds; Level II Trauma Center; Mixed unit : medical, trauma, surgical, neuro
  • Interdisciplinary Teaching :  Residents, Medical Students, Fellows, APP Students
  • Call Requirements :  No

    • Requirements

  • APP experience required
  • APPs must be board certified in specialty prior to employment
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license
  • BLS certification (must be maintained)

    • Duties & Responsibilities

    A typical day may include :

  • Providing direct patient care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in teaching and mentoring
  • Documenting in Epic EMR
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health efforts
