A Day in the Life of :

As a member of our team, you will report to the Director of Summer Camp. This team member will support camp operations by coordinating logistics, staff development, inclusive programming, and so much more. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Support registration process to include applications, consent tracking and enrollment notifications

Support staff with team building, conflict resolution, evaluations and feedback

Provide direct supervision to Lead Summer Camp Counselors and indirect supervision to Cabin Leaders and Camp Counselors

Work with Director to develop and create lesson plans for daily program activities using the camp's values and weekly themes. Activities include but are not limited to music / drama, arts & crafts, nature, outdoors, sports, cooking, etc.

Follow and uphold all safety and security rules and procedures
