Job descriptionDraft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, deposition notices, briefs, and related litigation documents Coordinate filing / service and maintain court deadlines across multiple jurisdictions (state & federal) Manage and organize large-scale case files, document review, production, and privilege logs Assist with depositions, exhibit preparation, trial organization, and post-trial support Maintain detailed case tracking spreadsheets and review electronic filing notifications Support attorneys through all litigation phases (pre-trial, trial, post-trial) 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (required) Heavy trial experience (required) Proven ability to manage a large volume of cases independently Strong written / oral communication skills with high attention to detail Familiarity with court websites and e-filing procedures Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and handle sensitive information Experience handling litigation matters from inception through trial iManage a plus Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to new software and processes
Litigation Paralegal (Trial & Defense)
Location : Los Angeles, CA
Compensation : $90,000-$115,000
Hybrid : 1–2 days in office per week
Hours : 35-hour work week
