Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface / presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Responsibilities

• Deliver project work streams and manage work plans.
• Perform analytics, reporting and create client presentations.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership.
• Manage and mentor junior Huron staff.

Qualifications

The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 – $130,000. The total estimated compensation range, inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, is $117,600 – $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
