Healthcare Virtual Assistant

A company is looking for a Healthcare Virtual Assistant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage prior authorizations and related administrative paperwork

Document new patient and referral intake, and manage appointment bookings

Assist with processing insurance claims and ensure HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in medical fields or pharmaceutical-related industry

At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, preferably in Psychiatry

Solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices

Proficient in EHR / EMR systems

Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations
