Professional Experience 5–8+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail, with at least 3+ years specifically managing Amazon Seller Central and / or Vendor Central.

Demonstrated success in growing and optimizing Amazon accounts (sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability).

Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (AMS, DSP), SEO / keyword optimization, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and product listings.

Strong knowledge of inventory planning, demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and promotions within Amazon.

Experience collaborating with supply chain, creative, and performance marketing teams to align Amazon strategies with overall brand growth.

Industry Background Background in CPG, retail, consumer electronics, health & wellness, or other product-focused industries is highly valued.

Prior agency or marketing firm experience (managing multiple brands on Amazon) is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms (Walmart.com, Target Plus, Shopify, etc.) is often preferred.

Skills & Competencies Expertise in Amazon analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, etc.) and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Strong grasp of Amazon policies, compliance, and category restrictions.

Proven ability to scale ad campaigns, reduce ACoS, and increase ROAS.

Excellent communication skills for reporting results and presenting growth strategies to clients or leadership.

Project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple accounts / brands simultaneously.
