Description :

An Assembly Worker (Level 1) is responsible for assembling and constructing products on a production line. They follow written and verbal instructions to assemble products to specific specifications, using hand tools and equipment to fit parts together. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications :

Responsibilities :

• Follow Standard Work Instructions (verbal &written)
• Assemble units by using various hand tools, assembly fixtures, adhesives, and lubricants.
• Safely fasten parts and pieces together using specialty machinery and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during assembly.
• Inspect parts and materials used in production to ensure quality.
• Inspect each assembled piece for damage, loose screws / bolts, and other defects.
• Verify correct quantities of parts and components.
