Operations : This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Facilities, and Security. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will provide technical expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Our responsibilities include translating engineering intent, drawings, and configurations into fully functional hardware ready for test, qualification, and flight. Throughout the manufacturing process, we are responsible to improve quality, reduce cost, and to optimize build sequence. Our team also creates, interprets, and modifies work instructions and routings to convey procedures to technicians and trigger material planning.

Early Career Pathways

• Direct Hire : Multiple positions available across our Business Units. You will be matched with an appropriate engineering team based on your skillset and experience and our current business needs.
• New Graduate Rotation Program : This one-year development program enables you to expand your engineering skillset through a variety of hands-on experience and mentorship. Throughout your three four-month rotations, you'll explore a variety of fields supporting our business units : New Shepard, New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence, In-Space Systems, Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering, and Operations. Upon completing this uniquely personalized program, you'll collaborate with the Program Manager to determine the best team fit for your ongoing career.

Timeline : Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis starting in early September. Due to the high volume of applications, please expect to hear back from us approximately one month after applying.

Compensation Range For

CO applicants is $67,005.00-$93,805.95; WA applicants is $73,095.00-$102,333.00
