There are two independent ENTs affiliated with us, but both are nearing retirement.

Comp is in MGMA-median range and above (for an experienced candidate)

Productivity bonus quarterly based on wRVUs

$40K+ bonus (negotiable)

Student loan assistance, if needed

$5K CME / 5 days annually

25 days holiday / vacation annually (not including weekends)

10 days call monthly, but if they want more, pay for any days above 10
