We are seeking a Senior Manager of VM Presentation to support the rapid growth of our Home Office in Austin, TX. Reporting to the Director of Visual Merchandising & Visual Experience, this role will lead the strategic development and execution of all brand presentation initiatives, ensuring a cohesive, compelling, and consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, product development, merchandising, planning and allocation, and retail to deliver innovative brand experiences that align with Kendra Scott’s objectives and enhance consumer engagement.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have Product obsessed visual merchandiser with a minimum of 7+ years' experience in both field and corporate settings

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Wrike and other relevant design and project management tools
High Level Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Execution : Lead the creation and execution of brand presentation strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and corporate communications across Retail Channel
Visual Merchandising : Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines and strategies to ensure a consistent brand message across all retail locations
Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the team ensuring high-quality output and alignment with brand standards
Project Management : Oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing Operations, Product, Visual Operations and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and effective storytelling across Retail touchpoints
Trend & Consumer Insights : Stay up to date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform brand presentation strategies and make data-driven decisions
Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze KPIs related to brand presentation, including consumer engagement, sales impact, and market growth
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Utilizes strong business acumen to make thoughtful and strategic decisions that lead to creative solutions
Develops clear visual merchandising strategies each season to propel product stories
Maintains understanding of seasonal objectives and current state of the business, ensuring work supports priorities
Identifies gaps in Retail VM processes to create efficiencies
Owns seasonal window styling and field direction to protect message clarity for retail teams
Owns seasonal correspondence to the fleet, including seasonal sets, Visual & Window Presentation Directives, in-season management communication, promotional activity, and all VM updates
Builds cross-functional partnerships with Retail, Creative, Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Marketing Operations, and Retail Operations to influence assortments and drive effective communication
Works with Merchandising and Planning & Allocation to create pre-season strategies
Ensures product assortments are supported according to varying store layouts and profiles
Manages assortment changes throughout the product pipeline to maintain visual consistency
Owns end-to-end Retail process with Marketing & Creative teams to meet timelines
Conducts walkthroughs with leaders to clearly communicate visual merchandising strategies and seasonal presentations
Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure seasonal store experiences are communicated and protected across the product pipeline
Develops partnerships with Field Visual counterparts for fleetwide consistency in store presentations
Uses business acumen and persuasive skills to foster creative thinking and constructive dialogue
Leads seasonal window styling and resource development, including presentation guides and flagship elevations
Creates product- and customer-obsessed end-to-end experiences that speak to target customer segments and deliver measurable business impact
