Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Philadelphia, PA. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant and entertainment venue operations, ensuring excellent service, compliance with company standards, and a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining budgets, driving revenue, coordinating with leadership to implement strategic goals, and fostering a culture that aligns with the company's core values.

• Problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in event management, scheduling, or performance oversight is a plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools for operations management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the role.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
