How You'll Make an Impact

As the Senior Instructional Designer, you will serve as the subject matter expert for digital learning design, partnering closely with leaders and regional stakeholders (Americas, AMEA, and APAC) to build resources that drive capability, strengthen culture, and align with our organizational strategy. You will also play a key role in mentoring others, setting design standards, and embedding our Learning Vision : We foster a culture of continuous learning where every experience strengthens our people, our business, and our future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of high-quality eLearning courses, videos, job aids, facilitator / participant guides, and presentations.
  • Utilize tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, PowerPoint, Canva, and LMS platforms to produce visually engaging and instructionally sound learning solutions.
  • Establish and maintain templates, style guides, and branded learning resources in alignment with company and marketing standards.
  • Partner with global subject matter experts and business leaders to assess needs and create learning that supports organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Communications / Marketing to ensure all learning content reinforces the company's brand and tone.
  • Consult with regional teams (Americas, AMEA, APAC) to ensure learning solutions are culturally relevant, accessible, and impactful across diverse audiences.
  • Serve as the design lead and advisor on instructional methodologies, learning technologies, and best practices.
  • Translate organizational strategy and capability priorities into actionable learning solutions.
  • Contribute to the six organizational learning areas : onboarding, strategy & culture, talent & leadership, technical, safety, and technology.
  • Evaluate and recommend learning technologies or vendor partnerships to enhance the learner experience.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and measure the effectiveness of learning interventions.
  • Maintain and update learning resources to ensure currency, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Mentor junior instructional designers and other content creators to elevate learning quality across the organization.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovation into learning design.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing eLearning and blended learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Articulate 360, Vyond, PowerPoint, and LMS administration or configuration.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile), and accessibility standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
  • Desired

  • Experience designing learning for global audiences and localizing content for multiple regions.
  • Bilingual or multilingual with demonstrated cultural awareness.
  • Familiarity with the 70 : 20 : 10 learning mode l and experience designing for performance-based outcomes.
  • Experience developing and maintaining learning standards, templates, or content repositories.
