Role : Java / Mainframe Developer

Job Description

Assesses system, application, provides modeling and simulation consulting to clarify client technology functionality, and evaluates & implements new advanced technologies

Ensures adherence to established technology standards and consults with senior leadership on technology solutions

Supports existing systems and is responsible for leading technical aspects of a project

Responsible for assignments and tasks to meeting project deliverables

Assist in project analysis and discovery

Project coding and perform technical solutions designs and individual development tasks

Assist in unit, integration, QA, and regression testing as needed

Perform production defect troubleshooting and resolution

Tier 3 support : Open internal and external (vendor) tickets to assist in problem resolution, escalate production support issues appropriately, and provide updates to service tickets

Assist the customer service and implementation teams with routing or emergency client support tasks (triage)
