Come Back Shack is a small business in Charleston, SC. We are supportive, fun, fast-paced and our goal is to be the #1 Quick Serve Restaurant to work at in the Low Country!

Come Back Shack Team Members Expectations :

  • A positive attitude is THE most important thing we look for
  • We also love high energy and good teamwork
  • May work in any and all aspects of the restaurant from taking orders and customer service to food prep, cooking, and cleaning

Pay Rates Based on Availability and Experience :

  • High School / First Job $12 - $13
  • Part Time $13 - $14
  • Full-Time with Restrictions $14 - $15
  • Part-Time Closer $15
  • Full-Time Closing Availability $16
  • Full-Time No Restrictions $16
  • Earn +$5 / hr on every closing shift starting at 8PM until you are finished (typically between 11PM-12AM)
  • Earn +2 / hr on every Saturday and Sunday shift
