Job descriptionOwn technical issues from your customer base, collaborating with teams to drive resolutions. Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Address issues at their source while considering the broader context. Maintain service level agreements through proactive issue detection and reporting. Take initiative in the absence of direction or support. Enhance effectiveness through innovative processes. 1+ years of operations and on-call support in data center facilities, mission-critical plants, or production environments, or 1+ years of engineering experience in data centers. Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems. Willingness to be a primary responder and support 24 / 7 data center operations. Associate's degree or above, or Network or Security certification. Hands-on experience in data centers. Understanding of network design, protocols, and troubleshooting. Experience managing tasks and priorities through a ticketing system. In-depth hardware knowledge (e.g., PCIe).

Our team supports all AWS data centers along with their servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment. Key Job Responsibilities
- Lift and move materials up to 40 pounds.
- Work in tight spaces and elevated locations.
- Engage in physical activities including bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.
- Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8+ hours a day.
- Safely ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways without limitation.
- Contribute to a demanding industrial environment.
- Support 24 / 7 operations, including shifts longer than 8 hours, covering both night and day.
