Manufacturing Department Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for Manufacturing Department Manager for a leading textile manufacturing company. This is an onsite position located in Kenyon, Rhode Island.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Manufacturing Department Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the Department, overseeing multiple shifts in a unionized, 24-hour production environment. This role manages Shift Supervisors and collaborates closely with Dyeing, Coating, Printing, and Inspection teams to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. The manager reports directly to the Group Manager - Finishing and Coating and plays a key role in strategic planning and operational excellence.
