Job description

The ideal candidate is a skilled professional that is passionate about delivering quality care and making a real difference in this community in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames following established policies and protocols.
  • Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
  • Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
  • Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice

    • Job Requirements :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Louisiana
  • Willing to work 40 hours a week
  • CPR Certification
  • 5+ years experience preferred, but not required
  • Outpatient clinic experience preferred, but not required
  • Director experience preferred, but not required - mentorship available
  • Dry needling preferred, but not required
  • Eager to not just provide medical care but to foster an atmosphere that is inviting and enjoyable
  • Strong sense of Stewardship
  • Willing to get into the community to drive referrals
  • Genuinely respectful of all colleagues and patients
