Job description

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Client Services Technician to join their team. As a Client Services Technician, you will be part of the Support Services department supporting onsite end users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : IT Support Technician

Location : Foster City, CA

Pay Range : $45 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide onsite support to end users five days a week, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues
  • Manage Tier 1 support requests through emails, Slack, and Jira / ServiceNow Service Desk tickets
  • Track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets efficiently within the ticketing system
  • Coordinate escalations to specialized IT staff when necessary
  • Identify support trends and report findings to improve service quality

What's Needed?

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Excellent written communication skills for support logs and documentation
  • Effective time management to provide timely updates and fixes
  • Customer service skills to interact professionally with employees and colleagues
