Key Responsibilities
Champion operational and CRM excellence by ensuring data integrity across Salesforce and leading initiatives to strengthen data governance
Drive scalable processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders
Support revenue operations by managing subscription provisioning, renewals, and upsells while ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree is a plus
5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including reporting and data management
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without formal authority
Experience with Operations best practices and tools
