As a Consultant at BlastX Consulting, you’ll work directly with enterprise clients to drive measurable outcomes.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll turn data into insights, shape strategic recommendations, and help optimize both marketing performance and the customer experience.

In this client-facing role, you’ll define key performance indicators, design solutions, document your approach, and deliver performance tracking that helps stakeholders achieve their digital experience goals.

Primary Responsibilities Work closely with client stakeholders to define digital strategies and objectives that are in alignment with business goals.

Define tracking mechanisms and KPIs that surface meaningful insights from MarTech performance and enable continuous optimization.

Utilize digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Google Analytics or other industry standard platforms.

Apply SQL and data warehousing workflows to extract, prepare and transform data for high-quality analysis and reporting.

Prepare and present KPI reports, recommend enhancements to digital usability and accessibility and translate client requirements into clear paths and learning materials.

Develop insightful, actionable reports and dashboards usingTableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools to support business decision making.

Communicate insights and findings clearly while delivering timely, accurate responses to client requests to maintain strong satisfaction and trust.

Engage in collaborative brainstorming with other consultants and stakeholders to develop data-backed solutions addressing client challenges.

Create and maintain client documentation that reflects their usage of data and tools within the organization, ensuring transparency and clarity.

Deliver ongoing training and support to empower clients' internal tams to effectively utilize MarTech tools and platforms.

Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improving digital experiences and proactively partner seek client and partner growth and value opportunities.

Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve team processes and workflows.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications 4-6 years of demonstrated consulting experience, applying technical solutions to solve client problems.

Demonstrated experience using Adobe Analytics to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and summarize information for effective communication, is required.

Adobe Analytics certification is preferred, showcasing a commitment to expertise in the field.

Adept at data analysis, with a curious, self-driven and analytical mindset.  Ability to align methodologies and data sources with business needs, client requirements and research questions.

Proven experience with influencing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work on multiple clients and projects concurrently.

Experience with data visualization tools like Adobe Analytics Workspace or Google Data Studio, enabling the creation of visually engaging and informative reports.

Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business or any equivalent combination of education and experience Must be willing to complete the appropriate application and investigation process for Federal security clearance This is a full-time remote opportunity supporting clients on the East Coast.

Eastern or midwest time zone preferred.

Due to the nature of our consulting agency, digital nomads will not be considered.

  • Compensation & Benefits Salary Range :

  • $90,000 - $105,000 USD annually DOE We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a supportive, challenging, and fun work environment to ensure teamwork, productivity, and teammate happiness.
