Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Order Processing : Efficiently handle and process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.

Account Development : Identify and develop opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products to enhance client accounts.

Customer Support : Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.

Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and developments.

Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to bolster loyalty and retention.

Requirements

Experience : A minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related sector is advisable.

Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administrative work or insurance consulting can be beneficial.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and positively.

Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for multitasking efficiently under pressure.

Team-Oriented : Personable and enthusiastic team player committed to contributing to a cohesive and dynamic office environment.

Organizational Skills : Superb organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Bi-lingual is a plus- polish / spanish
