Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Serves as a strategic partner to leadership to design compensation programs that support the organization's strategic objectives, comply with legal requirements, and is executable in Workday across all our in-center businesses : Dynamic Personal Training; Spa, Group Fitness / Studio, Caf, Kids / Aquatics, Racquet, Membership Concierge, and Facility Operations.
• Consult with senior management regarding compensation policies, procedures and decisions.
• Establishes pay policies and structures that can be utilized within the organization, including base pay, commission, unit rate, and short-term incentive programs.
• Provides leadership training and guidance on the proper use of pay programs in the attraction, recognition and retention of team members.
• Ensures variable pay programs are cost effective and drive desired behaviors.
• Designs, implements, and maintains corporate-wide compensation programs, policies and procedures.
• Develops, documents, and communicates compensation policies and best practices.
• Ensures team members understand Life Times total rewards offerings.
• Partners with legal team to ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provides leadership and development to the compensation team including staffing, performance management, and career development.
• Establishes team strategic goals and work assignments to ensure team meets business objectives.
• Creates career development plans to ensure team member growth.
• Ensures team stays abreast of Life Time compensation news and best practices.
• Provides leadership development to subordinate managers.

Position Requirements :

Pay :

This is a salaried position starting at $118,000.00 and pays up to $163,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
