Position Overview :
- Schedule : Full-time | Day Shift | 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM
- No weekends
- Holiday rotation required
- Sign-On Bonus : Available for eligible external candidates

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.Develop, revise, and evaluate personalized care plans involving patients and their families.Utilize standard physical therapy techniques and skills tailored to patient conditions.Educate patients, families, and staff by assessing educational needs.Ensure continuity of care by participating in discharge planning and providing home instructions.Supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff.Maintain accurate documentation of patient responses and the necessity of skilled intervention.Adhere to safety protocols at all times.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications :
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a related field necessary for licensure.Physical Requirements :
Constant standing and frequent lifting / carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.Frequent verbal communication and listening for patient needs and safety alarms.Visual acuity for near and far distances and frequent writing or data entry.Occasional lifting of patients and heavier objects, and driving as required.Certifications :
