Procurement Business Partner, Midstream
The Procurement Business Partner, Midstream is responsible to manage the commercial relationship with key Midstream Operations suppliers. This position contributes to the program's success by performing comprehensive project bids, establishing key strategies with key suppliers, driving cost management, focusing on continuous improvement, analyzing / actioning KPIs, collaborating with stakeholders in a cross functional environment, and achieving maximum value via Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). The position will be expected to work effectively with all levels throughout the company's Midstream organization on a variety of matters and issues as it relates to Midstream, as well as be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Phillips 66 categorical strategies.
