A company is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage real estate activities for small cell network deployment, including site acquisition and construction coordination

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely site development

Review and negotiate lease agreements and coordinate with municipalities and utility companies for approvals

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in network real estate, preferably in small cell or wireless infrastructure

Strong construction background with experience managing site builds

Proven ability to handle high-volume small cell projects efficiently

Familiarity with zoning, permitting, and leasing processes

Prior experience with telecommunications is a strong plus
