A Senior Process Manager of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is responsible for leading and advancing the organization's IBP demand and supply planning process, ensuring Global alignment across strategy, execution, and finance functions. This role plays a critical part in balancing service and cost by integrating strategic, execution, and financial planning into a single, synchronized process. They are a strategic planner with deep expertise in IBP procedures, demand and supply planning, and data-driven decision-making. They can identify and leverage AI, BI, and other tools to support, improve, and optimize the process. They need a strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions and facilitate data-driven decision making with functional leaders and business executives.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,500-$147,400 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
