Key Responsibilities
- Support the Performance and Reward function in developing and delivering reward frameworks that ensure the effective implementation of reward programs.
- Review EY's job architecture to make recommendations and improvements that establish the appropriate structure to enable reward programs and help EY achieve its skills and performance objectives.
- Engage key customers and stakeholder groups to understand business requirements, conduct research into external trends, and analyze performance issues that impact the delivery of reward programs.
- Support the preparation of reward processes and toolkits, and develop change and communication materials for various stakeholders.
Responsibilities (continued)
Collaborate with Reward, Talent Delivery and Career Framework teams to gather structured feedback on recommended improvements to job architecture and leveling.Project manage or facilitate the review of job leveling methodologies and vendors, evaluating time, resources, and costs for implementation.Review and update current reward frameworks, standards, processes and toolkits as required (e.g., reward frameworks, guideline standards and principles, reference guides and training material, pay transparency checklists and toolkits).Develop or input to change documentation to clarify the scope and value of possible changes.Support Reward colleagues to create project plans, objectives, milestones, and track day-to-day activities, including changes to scope.Conduct external research and monitor trends to provide insights for recommendations and solutioning.Manage stakeholder communication with project team members, Talent and the business as appropriate (responses to inquiries, status updates, presentations of progress or completion).Analytical / Decision Making Responsibilities
Conduct analysis to identify and assess issues with existing services or business problems identified by Talent colleagues.Assimilate and analyze data to improve projects or make recommendations for enhancements.With support of AI, analyze and summarize feedback and recommendations on projects to inform program changes and enhancements.Analyze market and business insights to support the development of Reward frameworks and principles.Supervision Responsibilities
Work independently with limited direct supervision.Participate in meetings to ensure effective execution of Talent function strategy and processes.Own a specific component of a service capability and ensure best practices are defined and communicated.Establish and optimise meetings / networks with Global and Region teams to communicate changes to strategy or solutions, share best practices, and capture needs across the firm.Skills And Attributes For Success
Strong knowledge of Talent practices and Performance and Reward.Experience using AI to optimize projects, documents and presentations.Ability to collaborate with virtual networks across diverse geographies.Proactive consulting skills that drive business impact and co-create pragmatic approaches.Strong teamwork and collaboration across the talent ecosystem.Clear and succinct communication across EY to ensure processes, ways of working, and standards are understood.Organizational skills and attention to detail with budget and time management.Research and analytical skills to track trends and identify future options.Ability to cope with ambiguity, drive change and performance outcomes in a complex, agile environment.Knowledge of Talent strategies and related trends and practices.Other Requirements

Education
Educated to degree level.Experience
Experience in a closely related Talent role with insights into service design and delivery.Experience collaborating with Talent or business colleagues across geographies to deploy a Talent service and resolve issues effectively.Experience working in globally dispersed teams to enhance services, frameworks, processes and standards.Experience in a central team to manage networks and share insights and best practices to enhance service delivery.Experience working in a project team / squad providing subject matter expertise to ensure quality of service solutions.Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments to deliver results.Certification Requirements
Higher professional or masters qualification in a related discipline is preferred, not required.Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred, not required.What We Offer You
