We are a well-respected and friendly personal injury law firm in Woodland Hills, CA. We are seeking an experienced legal case manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2-5 years' experience in personal injury law as a Case Manager with the ability to manage approximately 75-100 personal injury law cases under the guidance of our attorneys.
Candidates with prior negotiation experience and Spanish Speaking will be preferred.
Such experience should include the following duties:
- Client contact and communication on a regular basis
- Assisting clients with appropriate medical treatment (knowing how to build a case)
- Preparing and writing demands
- Negotiating settlements with insurance companies under attorney guidance
Candidate should have knowledge of basic medical terminology, prior experience writing demands, and be comfortable negotiating settlements.
