We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and central to delivering a great employee experience across payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to partner for employee HR questions and guidance
• Manage payroll administration (run via third party payroll administrator) and benefits processes (including Paylocity HRIS)
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
• Keep policies, compliance, and reporting up to date
• Partner on onboarding, open enrollment, and company-wide HR initiatives
• Look for ways to make HR processes more efficient and employee-friendly
