Job Summary :
As the Lead HVAC Mechanic, you will oversee day-to-day HVAC operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing system issues, mentoring junior technicians, and coordinating projects from start to finish.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of HVAC experience , including commercial and / or industrial systems
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- HVAC / R trade school or equivalent training
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
