THE  PROJECT COORDINATOR  IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A RANGE OF DUTIES RELATED TO THE COMPLETE COORDINATION OF ALL FIELD JOBS. LOGISTICALLY MANAGE ALL PROJECTS AT THE LOCATION, WHILE MANAGING PROFITS. COMMUNICATION WITH CONTRACTORS, MALLS, TENANTS, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL MANAGERS.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

• DEGREE IN BUSINESS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, BUILDING CONSTRUCTION OR SIMILAR. 3-5 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF RETAIL OR COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
• ABILITY TO READ CONSTRUCTION BLUEPRINTS AND STORE ELEVATION DRAWINGS
