Own the uptime
Imagine starting your shift with a quick sweep of the plant : VFDs humming, conveyors moving, PLC screens green. A hydraulic hiccup pops up on a line—within minutes, you’ve traced the issue, replaced a worn component, tested, and tuned the system back to spec. Later, you tackle a planned PM, referencing work orders and manuals to adjust, lubricate, and document. That balance of rapid response and disciplined maintenance is the heart of this role.
