Job descriptionA Bachelor's degree in Accounting; a Master's degree in Taxation and a Juris Doctorate is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development tax consulting. A proven track record in supervising tax professionals and driving team success. CPA certification or equivalent credentials. Extensive knowledge of corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships. Proficiency in tax-related software and research databases. Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Capability to manage a team, meet project deadlines, and build strong client relationships. Role Overview
We are excited to announce an opening for a Managing Director in our Business Incentives Group. This pivotal role is vital to providing expert tax advice and delivering strategies that effectively minimize tax burdens for our valued clients. You will conduct in-depth research and analysis, develop comprehensive tax strategies, and keep the team updated on key tax risks and policy changes.

- Providing expert written tax advice and innovative strategies to clients.
- Marketing, networking, and engaging in business development to expand our clientele.
- Maintaining and strengthening key client relationships.
- Leading the tax services team and providing guidance on complex tax issues.
- Supervising and mentoring a team of tax professionals.
