Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits : Administer compensation structures, benefits programs, and wellness initiatives to support employee motivation and retention.
Onboarding : Manage posting jobs, and efficiently onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations : Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, managing conflict, and fostering a positive work environment.
Training & Development : Assess training needs and implement development programs to enhance skills and motivation, ensuring high standards and adherence to company values.
HR Data & Reporting : Maintain HR records, administer HR software, and provide HR metrics and reporting to management for decision support.
Workplace Culture : Foster a positive and productive workplace culture through initiatives, effective communication, and demonstrating company values.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
3+ years' experience in Human Resources specifically within payroll
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
