About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee all processes from grain to glass across its various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the long-term operations roadmap, managing teams, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in risk management, QSE systems, and budget processes. This role requires a strong focus on health and safety, with the VP expected to build a robust safety culture and ensure all locations are audit-ready. Performance optimization, including the setting and monitoring of operational KPIs, and driving continuous improvement strategies, are key aspects of the position. The VP will also be instrumental in operational impact, leveraging the company's network to provide outstanding service to clients, and will be involved in the design of the long-term operations roadmap.

Applicants must have a background in the bourbon and / or spirits industry, with a minimum of 10-15 years' equivalent experience. Technical expertise in bulk processes, regulatory requirements, and QSE is essential. The role demands a leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, strong business acumen, and a strategic mindset. Collaboration, excellent communication, and the ability to build and lead diverse, effective teams are also required.
