We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Rexel team in Norcross, GA!
Summary :
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing critical projects that support the success of the company's Marketing Strategy and achieving business goals. Strong understanding of marketing principles and communication skills will be critical in enhancing brand presence, expanding customer base, supporting sales teams, and creating high-impact marketing campaigns. Must align with the local selling, sales leadership, and marketing teams to execute innovative marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do :
- Work cross-functionally with the Marketing Operations and Data teams to continuously improve the omni-channel experience for our customers and selling organization
- Establish yourself as the first point of communication for local branches and sales team's requests and feedback
- Manage local marketing events that are aligned with brand guidelines and support the selling organization's objectives
- Gain a thorough understanding of products and solutions so that strategies can be developed for more-effective marketing campaigns
- Document procedures, processes, and workflows, and recommend changes for greater efficiencies withing the marketing organization
- Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation
- Discover new marketing and promotional channels
- Enhance the branding and customer experience within branches. Analyze existing marketing materials with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement tactics that grow online presence
- Maintain regular self-improvement in the areas of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying innovative approaches to drive growth

3+ years of experience in Marketing or related roleExperience with integrated B2B marketing campaigns4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - PreferredFamiliar with various marketing channelsStrong Event Management & Project Management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office 365Strong data analysis and reporting skills to derive actionable insightsExceptional communication and presentation skillsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsAdditional Information
