Job Overview
We are seeking a Software Asset Management Analyst with expertise in Asset Management, Capital Markets, Configuration Management, and ITIL processes. The role involves managing software licenses, ensuring compliance, and optimizing asset utilization.
Responsibilities
- Agreement understanding, entitlement gathering, data validation, discovery monitoring, reporting, compliance monitoring, gap analysis, and reclaim process.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data and ensure its quality, accuracy, and completeness in the asset management tool.
- Analyze major publisher license rules and optimize license usage.
- Review Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) and maintain OEM privilege portals to validate entitlements.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of SAM attributes.
- Notify application owners about license changes, renewals, and reclaim opportunities.
