About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) serves as an advocate, supporter, educator, and caregiver for individuals with disabilities. We are committed to empowering our clients to live in environments that promote independence and well-being. Our residential programs feature 4-bedroom settings tailored to the specific needs of those we serve. Our ultimate objective is to enhance the quality of life for our residents, helping them to lead fulfilling and healthy lives. Location : East Bethel & Wyoming , MN

Compensation : $17.00 / hour

Full-Time & Part-Time Hours of Position :

Evenings (3pm-9pm) & every other weekend

Evenings (3pm-10pm) & every other weekend

Nights (9pm-7am) & every other weekend

Flexible scheduling

Typical Job Duties : Cooking and cleaning

Activities of the daily living

Medication administration & documentation

Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)

Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)

& Most importantly - Making a difference in the lives of others

Requirements : 18 years or older

Available to work every other weekend

Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record
