THE POSITION

As a Strategic Sourcing Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy and supplier relationships to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier selection and negotiations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will report directly to our Director Strategic Sourcing and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ OR one of our Aero locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring the availability of high-quality materials and services. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance, reduce total cost of ownership, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. By leveraging market intelligence and conducting supplier evaluations, you will identify and onboard strategic suppliers to support business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Extensive experience (6 plus years) in Digital Transformation, Sourcing/Procurement, IT enhancements and or leading IT projects as well as Negotiations.
• Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Experience in developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.

WE VALUE

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (., CSCP, CPSM).
• Experience in a global sourcing environment and managing suppliers across different regions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $163,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. WASHINGTON PAY TRANSPARENCY

The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $163,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

MINNESOTA PAY TRANSPARENCY

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $142,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
