We are looking for a Sales Control / Customer Service Desk Manager to join our retail team.
Responsibilities
- As a member of the management team, the Sales Control Manager will supervise and participate in the accountability and balancing of cash receipts and paperwork.
- Investigate & resolve discrepancies
- Order supplies for Customer Service Desk
- Supervise, train & coordinate Sales Control Office and Customer Service Desk
- Accurately and efficiently completing all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree, preferredPrior money management and retail, banking, or accounting experienceBasic accounting skillsPeople management skills, ability to lead and develop coworkersExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsCreative problem solving skillsAbility to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reportsAvailable to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekendsBenefits
