Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Position Overview

Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for weekday anesthesia coverage with call responsibilities already included in the contracted rate . The assignment focuses on bread-and-butter cases under a medical direction model - no hearts, no neuro, no OB. Candidates must be comfortable managing pediatric through adult patients.

Local or regional candidates are strongly preferred to reduce expense. Assignment Highlights

• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
• Contract Length : 6 months
• Start Date : December 1, 2025 (credentialing 60-90 days with active SC license)
• Setting : Hospital-based anesthesia service
• Volume : 15-30 patients per day
• Procedures : General anesthesia, pediatric through adult
• Exclusions : No cardiac, neuro, or OB cases
• Practice : Medical direction model
• Orientation : 16 hours (non-billable)
• Pay Ranking : Top 15% of CRNA locum assignments in South Carolina
• Malpractice insurance included at no cost
