A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
Verify insurance and patient information while providing excellent customer service
Gather and review patient billing and medical information in accordance with federal guidelines
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center
Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and wired modem connection
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
