Principal Consultant

The mission of the Principal Consultant is to lead and manage the customer journey from post-contract close through implementation, solution delivery, and issue management. You will lead a team of Project Managers and Consultants focused on successfully delivering Legion solutions.

The Principal Consultant will manage the customer CXO level and the Executive Steering Committee

• Can lead 4+ enterprise & mid-level accounts
• Responsible for the implementation of Legion's product suite, leading the project team, designing the solution, delivering the work, and providing a great experience for the customer
• Owns customer relationships, strategy, project planning & direction, Solution Architecture, and business KPI achievement.
• Can demo Legion products in depth
• Hires, develops, and retains a team of Project Managers and Consultants
• Contribute to the development of our implementation methodologies and participate in other internal initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $140,000 - $180,000 USD

Bonus Range : $14,000 - $20,000 USD

Our posted salary range is done so in good faith based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region / town / cost of living. Salaries will be based on the applicant's location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position.
