State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Responsibilities :

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

Monitor and document residents' health and well-being.

Respond promptly to residents’ needs and requests.

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Support residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment as needed.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.

Follow all facility policies and state regulations to ensure quality care.

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)  Qualifications :

Current Ohio STNA certification required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting, pushing, and standing for long periods.
