A company is looking for a Manager, Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy and policies

Lead and manage a team of information security professionals, setting performance objectives and KPIs

Oversee incident response and vulnerability management programs to mitigate risks and enhance security posture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field

8+ years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a management role

Hands-on expertise in incident response, security operations, and vulnerability management platforms

Knowledge of data protection technologies and security frameworks

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are preferred
