Key Responsibilities
Lead the company's first fundraising round and manage investor relationships
Define the vision, develop a business plan, and identify target customers
Recruit and manage the initial team while establishing operational systems and service quality standards
Required Qualifications
Experience as a startup founder or employee in early-stage startups
Proven track record in raising capital from angel investors or venture capitalists
Background in healthcare startups or digital health
Experience in operations, staffing, or service businesses
Strong network in the startup ecosystem
