Our client is looking for a Concrete Foreman to support a civil construction project in Virginia Beach. This person will be overseeing a team of 8-12 people. Day to day :

• Communicating and delegating towards crew
• Build and place formwork for walls and slabs
• Inspect equipment and rigging on a daily basis
• Conduct toolbox talks
• Maintain a safe environment
• Strong machine operating experience
• Control quantities and tools needed for work in the future
• Read and understand shop drawings
• Schedule concrete pours
