Commercial Roofing Estimator & Sales Pro - Canvass commercial areas, identify storm-damaged roofs, conduct inspections, and close high-value sales.

Responsibilities :

Canvass commercial properties to identify roofs with storm damage
Conduct thorough commercial roof inspections
Manage the entire sales process—from first contact to signed contract
Assist property owners in navigating the insurance claims process to secure a new roof covered by their policy

Requirements :

Proven experience in commercial roofing sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Ability to self-generate leads through canvassing and networking

Willingness and physical ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections

Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation :

Top performers earn $200K–$450K+ annually
